Axel has been documenting underground commerce since 2017, starting on the original Dream Market era forums and tracking the migration through Empire, AlphaBay 2, and the clearnet scam wave that exploded in 2024–2026. His work pairs old-school OSINT — WHOIS records, shared infrastructure, payment forensics — with on-the-ground intelligence from the European harm-reduction community to map who is really behind the shops, the forums, and the "review" sites people land on at 2 AM. He works exclusively from open-source and public-records evidence, never from informants whose safety could be compromised, and refuses to publish a scam alert until the same fact pattern has been corroborated by at least two independent threads of evidence. He writes for the reader who has already decided to buy and just wants to come out the other side without losing money or their health.
